Quilon is a type of leather produced by the Doc Martens footwear company. It is a unique style of smooth leather that is finished with a “hair cell” pattern, a fine, textured print that gives the surface a stylish look. Quilon leather was developed in 2007, based on the now-vintage Doc Marten leather from the 1970s.
